Midi plays once! If you want to hear it again after doing the game, hit refresh.
Please do not steal this for your site either all of it or some questions out of it. It took time to research all of this. I'm seeing several other Christmas Trivia pages with my questions on them. :( And they don't even give a link to me as their credit source!
Our Holly Jolly for the Brilliant Big Kids
or...
The "Ho! Ho! Ho!" Game
From
Brownielocks and The Three bears Or Something to keep the kids busy and their mind off presents on Christmas Day, to change the subject of conversation among the relatives or to just add to your Christmas fun!
This page loads a bit slower than the other trivia page because we designed it with answer buttons on each question.
HOW TO PLAY
You can print out the questions and write down your answers. Then come back and check the "ANSWERS" given in the "Ho" buttons at the end to see how many you got correct. Or, if you wish to, just play along at the computer. At the end of every question, just put your mouse over the "Ho Ho" box and the answer will appear.
For every answer you get right, give yourself a "HO".
At the end of the game, see how many "Ho Ho Ho's" you & the others have. Of course the more Ho's the merrier! Then EVERYONE has to say all their "Ho's" outloud!! Or just sit at the computer and "Ho, Ho, Ho" to yourself because you're so smart. :)
Questions taken from "Tis The Season Christmas Trivia" by Debco, Inc. Downers Grove, IL 60516 Copyright 1988, 1993, 1996 The game has over 1,800 questions. I picked out the top 100 semi-most difficult. I tried to choose a variety of categories so that everyone has a chance to get some Ho's for the holidays! :)

Done with the Trivia Game? Feel like singing? Here are the lyrics to our midi "Holly Jolly Christmas"
Have a holly jolly Christmas, It's the best time of the year. I don't know if there'll be snow, But have a cup of cheer.
Have a holly jolly Christmas, And when you walk down the street, Say hello to friends you know And everyone you meet.
Oh, ho, the mistletoe Hung where you can see. Somebody waits for you. Kiss her once for me.
Have a holly jolly Christmas And in case you didn't hear, Oh, by golly have a holly, jolly Christmas this year!
Most people think that Burl Ives wrote this song because his version is the most popular. Actually, "A Holly Jolly Christmas" was written my Johnny Marks, born in Mt. Vernon, NY 1909. He is not known as a composer, but more as a radio producer. He produced shows overseas during World War II. He died in New York City in 1985.
I briefly met Burl Ives when I lived in Santa Barbara, CA. Although he has also passed away, his holly jolly voice through this song will forever bring Christmas cheer to millions.
