Lunar Eclipse Feb. 20-21. Moon enters penumbra around 7:34 pm EST, reaches its
midpoint around 10:00 pm and leaves penumbra at 1:17 am on Feb. 21. 
This is visible in the central Pacific, the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Full Moon on  the 20th is called "Snow Moon" by Native Americans of New England and the Great Lakes
