About Some Menorah Images:

Update: Because I'm not Jewish, some have written me to explain the difference between the 7 and 9 pronged Menorahs.  To help explain this to all of you who don't know the significance of the difference, I'll share it with all of you.  As I understand it, the 7 pronged Menorahs represent 7 days of the week and are used regularly in synagogues and temples today. The 9 pronged Menorah is used for Hannukiah celebrations only and  represents the story of the miracle of the oil lasting 8 days, with the one in the center called the shamash, being used to light the others.
